1. Why are you branching out to a new website?

Due to the lockdown situation in Malaysia, we are unable to do Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions anymore to protect ourselves and the community. As we are moving towards shipping the items to you, we need a new platform which can help us streamline our orders in an organized manner.


2. How is purchasing from this website any different from purchasing via Carousell / Mudah?

Don't get us wrong, we are still selling on these platforms! But, there's perks purchasing from our website directly, namely free shipping for minimum purchases or free shipping on certain items from time to time. It's a longer process on the website, but you save more by ordering through the website directly.


3. You are a secondhand store. Are we not entitled to negotiate on certain items?

To be honest, our store contains both new and used items. We can assure you that our items are in excellent condition (unless otherwise stated). However, if you insist on a bargain, feel free to discuss with us after you've placed your order and before you make your payment when we contact you via WhatsApp. We want to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases, hence we will try our best to discuss a price that is suitable for both parties.


4. Why is there only one channel available for payment?

We are a small home business just wanting to let our items go to their new owners where their usefulness might be maximized. Due to the rising number of scams (and we've personally experienced) via Mudah and Carousell, we want to ensure the authenticity of the transaction before proceeding with providing our payment details. Hope for your kind understanding.

Note: For all transactions, we only accept payment from local bank accounts. Please confirm that you have a local bank account before proceeding with placing the order.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia as we have no intention of shipping our items internationally. You must have a local bank account to process the payment for the safety of both parties.


6. Why are some items available on Carousell but not on this website?

Some of the items that are unavailable are considered as fragile or difficult to ship items. These items are only available for Cash on Delivery transactions. As we are unable to do any CODs during the lockdown period, we have disabled them until further notice on the website. However, if you are still interested in these items, you may leave us a message and we'll discuss with you on how to get the items to you.


7. I still want to pickup my items since my location is near the store. Can I do that?

We would discourage any COD transactions at the moment. But if you'd insist, do leave us a message on WhatsApp so that we can discuss on an arrangement that fits for both parties.


8. Can't I test the items first before checking out?

Yes, you may discuss with us about the product before proceeding to checkout. Just message us on any of our platforms!


9. What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of RM5 for West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, it is dependent on the type of shipping and the weight of the item. However, if you order through the store, you get free shipping with a minimum spend of RM25 for Peninsular Malaysia.
